how to fix windows update

Question

why i am getting this 23h2 update while i already have it , and a month ago i was getting 24h2 but it always get stuck until one time i clicked a button on"pause uptades" and turned it on i start getting back the 23h2 update, how i can fix this and install the 24h2?(this 23h2 update when it reaches 15 or somoething close it alwaysstop and says rety )

Though, if you like, you can upgrade to 24H2 directly using ISO file:
