Unable to use Remote Desktop on iPhone and iPad

Hello,

I am using Windows a.k.a. Remote Desktop app on 3 Apple devices at home: iPhone, iPad and MacBook.

On MacBook the version of Remote Desktop is 10.9.10, on iPhone and iPad I have Windows app version 11.0.8

On MacBook it works with no issue at all.

On iPhone and iPad it fails to connect and I have the same error on both devices. Note: if I reinstall app .. it works fine one time. Next time it falls again. In other words on these two devices it’s for only one time use. Practically it’s not usable on iPad and iPhone. How to fix it?
