cannot deploy LLAMA 3.2 vision

I'm getting this error when trying to deploy llama 3.2 vision on Microsoft for Startups azure subscription :

Failed to deploy model Llama-3.2-90B-Vision-Instruct UserError: Error occured when subscribe Marketplace: Marketplace Subscription purchase eligibility check failed, error message [The Publisher: 'metagenai' does not make available Offer: 'meta-llama-3-2-90b-vision-instruct-offer', Plan: 'meta-llama-3-2-90b-vision-instruct-plan' in your Subscription/Azure account’s region: ''. It seems you might be using a serverless API endpoint for your deployment. Could you please try with managed compute deployment. 2025-01-28 23_29_44-

I have reproduced the scenario and successfully deployed the LLaMA 3.2 90B Vision Instruct model. Here is the screenshot: 2025-01-28 23_54_52- For more information: Meta Llama family of models.
For serverless API endpoint will be coming soon. For more updates, please look into What's new page.

i was able to install Ministral-3B on serverless but not Llama 3.2 11B (got the same error)

Hi Tamir Goldman,

The error suggests the offer is not available. You would need to use a different subscription to purchase the offer.

feel free to try in below supported region for deploying model:

East US

East US 2

North Central US

South Central US

West US

West US 3

Sweden Central

I can see that the 90b & 11b are available for serverless API, any idea what could be the issue?
