How to fix HWID changing every restart?

So i recently had a security update on windows 11 which caused my hwid to change after every pc restart, I run gaming servers and this is causing me problems with a few plugins i run which need the hwid to run correctly, meaning every time they change the plugins no longer work, now i did send my pc to the repair shop and they restored it and said it wouldn't come back but here i am a week later and it's back, I have tried going to update history / uninstall updates but there is only two Microsoft visual C++ downloads i can uninstall nothing else, I believe it to put this update = Security Intelligence Update for Microsoft Defender Antivirus - KB2267602 (Version 1.421.1554.0) - Current Channel (Broad) I have tried running a command in cmd and shell to delete the update but it doesn't let me, I'm running out of ideas at this point...

KB2267602 - this is Microsoft Defender's virus definitions update, and it can't be uninstalled through conventional means since it's a security update.

Open Command Prompt as Administrator and run this command:

bcdedit /enum {current}

Look for hypervisorlaunchtype

Check the value "Auto" or "Off"?

Make sure Windows is properly activated.

You may consider BIOS update or clean Windows install.
