Error Accessing Learn Sandbox

I stupidly created an Azure account using my Microsoft personal email address for testing purposes. I am now trying to access the learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/modules/describe-core-architectural-components-of-azure/4-exercise-explore-learn-sandbox?tryIt=true&source=learn. which is a Sandbox for practicing. I cannot, and I think it is due to the Azure account I created. I had to create a new Microsoft email address to access the sandbox for class. I keep getting one of the error screens below. I cannot figure out how to resolve this, and it seems you cannot delete an Azure account. How do I remove my personal address from being tied to this Azure or resolve the issue?

    Hello Michael Brown,

    Thanks for your question

Since you already have a new account that works. Open a new in-private browser session or try to access from a different browser. In this case, you must sign out from your active session, and then try to sign in again.

You can then proceed to clear cache and cookies on the current browser and try again

    See: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/troubleshoot/entra/entra-id/app-integration/error-code-AADSTS50020-user-account-identity-provider-does-not-exist
