How to stop the Draw -tool from blocking drawing area in Microsoft Stream?

I was using Microsoft Stream to make a screen recording today, and I wanted to use the drawing tool to highlight content on the lower area of the shared screen.

When I clicked the Draw -button to start drawing, the draw -tool settings are so large, that they cover the entire lower half of the shared screen, preventing me from drawing directly to the lower half of the shared screen.

Can the draw tool be placed so that it does not prevent me from drawing directly to the lower half of the shared screen?
