I was attempting to log in to my E5 administrator account (******@greada.onmicrosoft.com). I got stuck in the login step, which requires entering a code from the Authenticator App on my phone. However, I received no notification in my Authenticator App, and I could not obtain a code. Consequently, I was unable to log in. I can't bypass the Authenticator because the "Sign in another way" option only provides the option to use the Authenticator.

I recently got a new iPhone and sold the old one. I believe that the new phone is preventing me from receiving the code notification because I presume the Authenticator App is bound to an exclusive device.

After doing some research, I learned that I need to clear the setting in the administrator account. However, I'm unable to access my administrator account due to the authentication process. I'm stuck in a frustrating cycle.
