Microsoft Authenticator doesn't show my code for 2FA, I can't sign in to M365, can support help me?
Hi,
I can't login to my Microsoft 365 work account because it's asking for the code on the authenticator, but the code does not show for this account, I have tried accessing the security page: https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info
But even that asks for the 2FA code from Microsoft Authenticator, I have tried adding a personal account to the authenticator and it works just fine, the code shows up.
I have asked for my company's administrator to reset 2FA, but that didn't work either.
Can you help me recover my account? I can provide whatever information you require to prove my identity and the nature of my issue.
I suspect there was some issue when transfering data from my old phone to the new one, cause I believe it worked before, however all data on that old phone has been reset already.
