I'm trying to complete the setup of my Microsoft 365 Developer Program account, but I am encountering issues that prevent me from finalizing the process. Despite multiple attempts, I have been unable to gain full access.

Error code is as follows:

We can't continue with the signup process right now due to an internal server error. Please try again later.

Code: 50001

My team and I need access to the Microsoft 365 Developer Program to build and test applications for Microsoft 365 and SharePoint. This access is essential for our development work, and I would appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible.

    Ensure that you are using a supported email account to sign up. Accounts with the domain or phone numbers are not supported.*.onmicrosoft.com

    Have you These Steps:

    1. Use a Different Browser or Incognito Mode
      • Open a new incognito/private browsing window (Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N, Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P).
      • Try signing up from a different browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox).
    2. Clear Cache and Cookies
      • Go to your browser settings → Clear browsing data → Select Cache and Cookies.
      • Restart the browser and try again.
    3. Try a Different Device or Network
      • If you're using a corporate or shared network, firewall restrictions might be blocking the process.
      • Switch to a mobile network or another Wi-Fi connection and retry.
