    Hi @Lokesh Singhla,

To upgrade an existing instance of SQL Server to a different edition, from the SQL Server Installation Center select Maintenance, and then select Edition Upgrade.

Upgrade to a different edition of SQL Server (Setup)

    Regards,

Hello Lokesh Singhla, you can upgrade your SQL Server Evaluation editions to Enterprise, Standard, Developer or the Web editions. So, yes, if you want to upgrade the product by plugging in your activation key, then, you can use your Standard edition key.
