ADFS web issue

Hi all,

i have a strange issue after later windows server update.

I usually test adfs service on this page https://<domainurl/adfs/ls and I have a web page where I can inser my credential. Now i receive a generic error Screenshot 2025-01-30 161858

Any idea ?
