Hello, I had to take an extended LOA and it appears my tenant didnt auto renew with my E5 subscription. I was wondering how i can reactivate this and get this back, or atleast start a fresh new tenant. I typically only use this for graph api and demoing features and powershell scripts to clients. I saw others say when they deleted profile and tried to renew they were unable - Is there any way I can get my developer tenant and licensing back? Thanks in advanced. When i try to click Go to subscription, its greyed out and not a hyperlink. User's image

    Hello Matthew Decarlo,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft!!

To reactivate your subscription, below steps might help resolve the issue

    • Go to the Microsoft 365 Admin center - sign in with your administrator account.
    • Navigate to the Billing section - click on billing from the sidebar
    • Locate the expired subscription - Find the E5 subscription that expired.
    • Reactivate the subscription - Click on "Reactivate" next to the subscription. If you don't see this option, you might need to contact Microsoft support for further assistance.

If reactivation is not possible, you can create a new tenant and start creating a new subscription.

Please find the below referenced links for possible workaround:

    Hope this helps.
