I am confused about if I am eligible and how to provision Microsoft 365 Copilot Chat to be able to build Agents.

I have a Microsoft 365 Small Business license and would like build my knowledge and experience with building Copilot Agents.

  1. Can I use Copilot Chat for this purpose?
  2. How do I provision/setup my account so that I can 'Create' agents from with Copilot? Clear, precise and simple documentation would be appreciated.
