Some Microsoft 365 subscriptions come with the traditional Word, Excel etc. applications that you can install on your computer. Those would work anywhere.

Cloud versions would only work with an internet connection. Maybe your cellphone can be used as a WiFi hotspot and you can get to the internet that way.

    Hello George, good day.

You can use the installed applications of Office 365 on your computer, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and save documents locally. For files saved in OneDrive, the information will be saved and synchronized when you have an internet connection. The same applies to Outlook; if it is synchronized with your account, you can continue working, but emails, calendar entries, and tasks will be synchronized once you are connected to the internet.

I hope this information is useful.
    Have a great day.
