2025-02-12T21:22:18.83+00:00 no.. but what I found is this page https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/office/developer-program/microsoft-365-developer-program-faq#who-qualifies-for-a-microsoft-365-e5-developer-subscription- which has different ways (all paid) anyone can get qualified to get the free account and i am only a personal user and dont need it so desparately!!
