    Hi @Suneel Eduru ,
.When you create a new Azure account, you may be eligible for a free trial that includes a credit of up to $200.
.However, there are some conditions that must be met in order to be eligible for the free trial, such as being a new Azure customer and having a valid credit card.
.If you have created a new Azure account and have not received the $200 credit, there could be a few different reasons for this.
.It's possible that you did not meet the eligibility requirements for the free trial, or there could be an issue with your account or payment information.
.To determine why you have not received the $200 credit, I would recommend contacting Microsoft support directly.
.They should be able to review your account and provide you with more information on why you have not received the credit.
.Regarding creating another account, it's generally not recommended to create multiple Azure accounts, as this can lead to confusion and billing issues.
.If you do need to create another account, you can use the same credit card and phone number, but you will need to use a different email address and Azure AD tenant.

Please let me know if you required anything!
