Hello,

Please i need your help on this issue.

I just purchased " Microsoft Teams Phone with Pay as you go Calling" license, and I am trying to setup a US toll-free phone number for an existing auto attendant.

    Hi @IniobongNkanga-8038

To set up a US toll-free number for your auto attendant in Microsoft Teams, you need to follow these steps:

    1. Assign necessary licenses: Make sure each user is assigned a Teams Phone license and a Pay-As-You-Go Calling Plan license.
    2. Set up communications credits: For Pay-As-You-Go plans, you may need to set up communications credits to pay for calls. This involves purchasing and assigning communications credit licenses to your users.
    3. Get a phone number: Get a phone number through the Teams admin center. For specific steps, refer to Set up Microsoft Calling Plans.
    4. Configure an auto attendant: In the Teams admin center, navigate to Voice > Auto attendants, and follow the prompts to configure your auto attendant and assign the acquired toll-free number.
