Azure account login error, hoping to get help

Question

While attempting to retrieve the access token, the portal encountered a problem. It is recommended to try logging in again, or continue operating without the access token, but this may result in an unsatisfactory user experience. Other details: interaction_required: AADSTS16000: User account (EUlII Hidden) from identity provider ‘live.com’ does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft ddbd-4e88-807a-b8cd54f9b390’(Microsoft_Azure_Billing) Services' and cannot access the application '631d36ba- in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account. Trace ID: 6442f934-3c61-438f-89bc-3af921c63900 Correlation ID: 50d754af-d3b1-4458-b24d-c2e5205b1883 Timestamp: 2025-01-30 11:19:07Z.

I use my Microsoft account to log in, and my Microsoft account usually redirects to Github login. I followed the instructions to log in again, but received an error.

The selected user account does not exist in tenant "MicrosoftServices", and access to the application "631d36ba-ddbd-4e88-807a-b8cd54f9b390" in that tenant is denied. You need to add this account as an external user in the tenant first. Please use another account.
