how to create virtual printer for Print Support app API v4

- I find it is not enough to create a virtual printer for Print support app API v4.
For example: format of PdcFile (Print Device Capabilities xml format), PdrFile (Print Device Resources in an xml format). I don't know what the structure of these 2 files will be like to create a virtual printer.
Can you provide us with more detailed documentation to create a virtual printer on print support app api v4? Or provide a sample to create a virtual printer on print support app api v4?
