Hi All,

We have completed the MS Virtual Learning Service configuration with SuccessFactors (Learning Management) and have ensure to follow each detail that Microsoft has provided as per the implementation guide - 2H2023-VLS Configuration for Microsoft Teams.pdf

But now, when we setup a learning Session on SuccessFactors (Learning Management) to be hosted on Teams using VLS integration, the meeting invite is sent and gets displayed as an invite on the registered "Attendees" calendar. But unlike any other MS teams meeting it does not display the "JOIN" button. It has to be double clicked for the user to open the invite and then click on the link displayed.

Please advise if that is what is expected as functionality?Missing Join button

Hi @Ankita Saha

According to the documentation: When the meeting spaces are connected through VLS, users can open a virtual meeting room by clicking a link in their assignments lists.

So, the behavior that users need to enter the meeting by clicking the in-meeting link is the expected behavior.
