Microsoft Graph connector support Anonymous Proxy?
If so were should be configured ? on WINHTTP on IE settings? or somewhere else?

Most Enterprise customer can't bypass proxy.

Yes,

1. In PowerShell, we can get the SID of the user "NT Service\GcaHostService", which is “S-1-5-80-2536371770-3822400267-1901186351-3070835395-1303338074”

$objUser = New-Object System.Security.Principal.NTAccount(“NT Service\GcaHostService”)

$strSID = $objUser.Translate([System.Security.Principal.SecurityIdentifier])

$strSID.Value

2. In Registry Editor, export the proxy from the user connected to the machine from the registry key below:

Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Connections

3. Edit the .REG file in notepad to change the path to below, and open the file so it can be imported under the connection settings for the user "NT Service\GcaHostService".

Paste to Computer\HKEY_USERS_S-1-5-80-2536371770-3822400267-1901186351-3070835395-1303338074\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Internet Settings\Connections

4. Go back to Graph connector Agent and start the registration.
