My email was hacked several months ago, I think I have set up all the security that I can but there is an email address attached to my email and every time someone sends me an email they keep getting a reponse that sayd "delivery has failed to these recipients" however I dont know this email and its causing a lot of issues for me.
What can I do to delete this email address from my email?

Is this a Microsoft Personal account (e.g. Outlook.com, Live.com , ...) or company's email on Microsoft 365?
Do you have access to the account and are you able to reset password and login?
