Command bar module exercise issue

Question

I am on the customize the command bar module exercise and the follow up button is not creating a new related task/activity. I copied all the steps from adding the data in the component library for tasks, saved and published, added the function code copy pasted. Saved and published.. I clicked play and the notification piece of the function works('New Task Created' notification shows up) but there is not new task being created.
