My organization has a Room Resource that was created Specifically to manage the calendar for our main meeting rooms. I am having a issue where recurring meetings as well as meetings that i forward to the calendar aren't showing up. Everything else seems to be working fine though. If i go to new event in calendar and make a event it shows up immediately no issues. Its just forwarded events(So meetings that someone created outside of the boardroom calendar that are then sent to it) and recurring events that don't seem to be created properly?

Any ideas/troubleshooting steps i can try to resolve this?

    Hi @Joshua Henderson (NXC-ATL)

    Welcome to our forum!

Does the issue occur on the Outlook desktop client? To further confirm if the issue is more related to Outlook desktop client, if possible, please log in to your web mail and do the same test to check if the issue persists.

What is the version of your Outlook? It is recommended that you please check the Outlook client version (File>Office Account>Product Information) and try to upgrade to the latest version to see if the problem is resolved.

How did you forward the recurring meetings? Could you describe the detailed operation?

Based on my research, i could send recurring meetings by going to Right-click meeting>Forward>Forward Series>Add outside receiver, edit and then send, it could appear normally on the outside receiver's calendar (Need to be accepted before it can be displayed properly), and it will send a notification to the conference sponsor, you may refer to my steps to try again.

If the problem persists both on the Outlook Desktop Client and Web, perhaps you may want to consider re-creating a series of meetings and re-forwarding to see if the problem persists,.

If it persists just on Outlook Desktop Client, and the Web test works fine, considering data file corruption, it is proposed that you create a new profile, re-add your account to the new profile and check if the same issue still occurs.

    Hope it helps!
