According to your case description, the customized Teams application used to connect to the Tytocare device disappeared from the sidebar. This only disappears in the Teams client, but it is normal on the web.
Please try to follow the steps below to troubleshoot the problem:
- Pin the app to the sidebar: Go to the "More..." button on the left side of Teams and search for the app there. Right-click any app icon and select "Pin".
- Administrator settings: If you are an administrator, you can pre-configure a set of pinned apps through the Teams app settings policy to personalize Teams for selected user groups. You can select the apps you want to pin and set the order in which they appear in the Teams app bar.
- Clear Teams cache or update Teams app:
- Check app permissions: Make sure the Tyto app has the necessary permissions in Teams. Open Teams, click Apps on the left, search for the Tyto app and make sure it is installed and enabled.
