Name Modifying

Question

I am facing the issue with my name while attempting the AZ-900 exam.

It's showing my name two times Like Ramanujam Chandana Ramanujam Chandana.

So, I would like to modify my name from Ramanujam Chandana Ramanujam Chandana to Chandana as First Name and Ramanujam as Last Name.
