Name Modifying

I am facing an issue with my name while attempting the AZ-900 Exam.

It's Showing my name two times like Ramanujam Chandana Ramanujam Chandana.

I Would like to modify my name from Ramanujam Chandana Ramanujam Chandana to Chandana as First Name and Ramanujam as Last Name.

    May be you can check your profile?

    Because you may be enter like first name as your full and last as well as your full name.
