I have a hybrid environment between Active Directory onpremise and Azure.
Adconnect is installed on an onpremise DC server. This is the only DC I have onpremise.
It turns out that this DC server has degraded and I can't turn it back on.
Now I have in Azure synchronised users from a DC onpremise server that is no longer running and users created directly in Azure.
Taking advantage of the fact that the onpremise DC server that contained AzureConnect will not start anymore, I want to move everything to Azure without having a synchronization with AD onpremise.
What can I do to stop this synchronisation so that it does not affect the synchronised users?

Won't the synchronised users be deleted from the local domain controller to Azure when synchronising?
Stopping the synchronizations does not affect any synchronized object, they will still be kept in Azure AD, and you will be able to manage them directly.
