How do I fix this CLSID Com server application error/warning?

So recently I started getting this error "The application-specific permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID

{2593F8B9-4EAF-457C-B68A-50F6B8EA6B54}

and APPID

{15C20B67-12E7-4BB6-92BB-7AFF07997402}

to the user DESKTOP-GV0AFGS\Qbit SID (S-1-5-21-1079258271-3412057061-1269212567-1001) from address LocalHost (Using LRPC) running in the application container Unavailable SID (Unavailable). This security permission can be modified using the Component Services administrative tool." and whenever I'd launch specific applications, there's a big chance my whole pc freezes completely and I need to restart it. It doesn't give me a crash log or anything. I do find these types of errors before my PC freezes in the event viewer though and I really need a fix to this issue because it's getting really annoying. Whenever I open specific games. Everything freezes and my pc has been performing worse too. Lots of frame spikes and stuff in games
