Quick Parts Not Working

Question

I use quick parts quite frequently. I used to be able to type the key word-hit enter-and the quick part would appear. That option no longer seems to be working. I then would type the key word, hit F3, and the quick part would appear. This also is no longer working and F3 now brings up the search bar. Any suggestions on how to use quick parts without needing to go to insert-search for quick part-then enter?

Based on my test, when i press F3 in Outlook, Search bar will be selected, which reproduces your issue. You can refer to this article to learn more about keyboard shortcuts for Outlook: Keyboard shortcuts for Outlook.
