Upgrade 24H2 reserved partition error

Question

Hi, we have a lot of win11 23H2 that stuck during 24H2 update with error in System reserved partition, i tried different solutions like:

1)C:\Windows\System32>mountvol y: /s C:\Windows\System32>cd .. C:\Windows>y: Y:>cd efi\microsoft\boot\fonts Y:\EFI\Microsoft\Boot\Fonts>del .

2)Del "%ALLUSERSPROFILE%\Application Data\Microsoft\Network\Downloader__.__" rmdir %systemroot%\SoftwareDistribution /S /Q rmdir %systemroot%\system32\catroot2 /S /Q

no one resolves my issue.

Do you have another solution to avoid reinstallation?

Hello,

What is the exact error message you have got?

1. Try to uninstall the third party antivirus software temporarily if there is any one installed.
2. Since you have tried to resize the reserved partition, try to resize a more larger size than 250MB such as 500MB.
3. For advacned troubleshoot, we could check the C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log for more information.
