Authenticator app issue

I just got a new phone (and no i do not have access to it) and now i cant use my authenticator app. I try to sign in on OneDrive and Outlook, it automatically moves me to the authenticator app to add password. then it gives a number to type into the authenticator app but I'm already in that app. so i am stuck in a loop. what do i do to be able to sign in on those apps and for the authenticator app to work properly?

    You can go to security page- https://mysignins.microsoft.com/security-info and delete your old mobile information

    Once you have deleted old mobile info, please click on add sign and add details again by clicking on add sign inUser's image

    Once you click on add sign in , you will be able to see steps to add authentication
