Seeing issues launching the Cloud Shell from portal.azure.com as well. When selecting "No storage account" the shell will just hang and time out trying to load. When selecting "Mount storage account" under the "Concierge Subscription" only works if manually create storage account and share.

When launching Cloud Shell from the Azure portal it is throwing the following error:

The client 'live.com#******@email.com' with object id '3d477881-d70e-46bc-b634-ee7f5979ad6b' does not have authorization to perform action 'Microsoft.Storage/storageAccounts/read' over scope '/subscriptions/00014334-05d0-4f3b-8fe0-030065a0d5b6/resourceGroups/learn-f606b2a6-200f-4889-b3bd-042b1e8deed2/providers/Microsoft.Storage/storageAccounts/cloudshell288124528' or the scope is invalid. If access was recently granted, please refresh your credentials..

I have test using multiple browsers, multiple computers after clearing all cache/cookies and resetting browser completely.
