    I realize that the language difference makes this difficult for both of us. I'll try to be as direct as possible.

    1. Did you try to install the New Outlook from the Microsoft Store? If you did and there was a 0x80070032 error - try the steps in this article to Reset the Microsoft Store cache.
    2. If you are blocked from using the Microsoft Store and using the "Setup.exe bootstrapper for per-user installation" process is failing, try the "Windows Package Manager (Wing)" install as described in the same document.

    Welcome to our forum!

    The method you mentioned above is based on the Windows Store disabled organization download method. You need to note that admins within your organization need to allow New Outlook and need to enable Outlook on the web for the mailboxes of users who plan to deploy the new Outlook for Windows.

    However, the current migration to the new version has become much easier. I recommend switching directly from the classic version or downloading it from the Microsoft Store.
