Help with 'invalid' credit cared

It's forcing me to add a card to use Aruze. It's extremely weird but fine, I'm trying to add it and I literally copied my credit card number from my bank and pasted it there, literally did copy-paste. and it still shows that the card is invalid, which is literally impossible since I use this card every single day, both online and offline and everything works, I added it to paypal today and it also worked, everything works everywhere except for this website.

Also, obviously, my credit card has international transactions and everything else enabled.

Can someone pls fix this, because I need this for work.

    Hi @Anna Arentowicz ,

as far as I know prepaid credit cards aren't supported with Azure payment methods.

Also there could be a country restriction issue with the credit card.

The best option might be to open a support request with Azure Support:

    Create an Azure support request

Azure Billing and Subscription support is offered by Microsoft by no cost and it's for free.

    Hi @Anna Arentowicz

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Platform! Thank you for asking your question here.

    1. Inaccurate or Incomplete Information: Ensure that the name, address, and CVV code you enter match exactly what's printed on the card.
    2. Inactive or Blocked Card: Contact your bank to verify that your card is active and not blocked.
    3. Outdated Card Information: If your card details have changed, make sure to update them on the payment page.
    4. Unsupported Card Type: Some cards, like prepaid or virtual cards, are not accepted for Azure subscriptions.
    5. Country/Region Restrictions: Verify that your card is accepted in your country/region, as some cards may not be supported.
