Check File Formats: Ensure PDFs are standard PDF/A format & Excel files are in .xlsx format.

Verify Permissions: Right-click the file -> Properties -> Security -> Ensure read permissions for the relevant user or service account.

Simplify Content: If the file is large, split it into smaller files. Simplify complex Excel formulas or extensive data.

Reconfigure Knowledge Base: Go to Copilot Studio settings. Re-link the files to the knowledge base ensuring correct paths and configurations.
