Why does new Outlook not work after 02/08/2025 Windows update?

Ever since my Windows 11 Pro updated this afternoon, my Outlook (new version) will not download new emails. When I try to Manage each account, I have to provide the password. Then Outlook tells me there is a problem.

    Do you have more than one account added in your New Outlook? If so, are all accounts unable to receive/send emails?

    Please try to remove the account with problem via Settings>Accounts>Your accounts and then re-add it to check if there're any differences.

    here is a workaround. do you have a gmail account? use outlook to use gmail account. once setup, go to webmail for spectrum and open it. go to settings and find the button to turn on forward email. then select your gmail address for forwarding. you will get all gmail and spectrum emails in outlook.

    Spectrum no longer supports any 3rd party email clients. did this today and it works flawlessly. BTW IMO use the outlook classic, it has more options than the outlook new

    I have same issue and I tried to open web outlook from https://outlook.office.com/mail/ but still no email were downloaded. Then I tried to check the information from browser console and found:
