I factory reset my android phone and in order to use my app I need to log in in the microsoft authenticator, but when I try to recover from backup and login in my account with email ******@outlook.com and choose the other options to verify (email/sms) on the email is saying "you've requested too many codes today." and on the SMS after verifying I'm not a robot, the UI stucks.. I can't continue. I also tried to use the recovery code approach but when I try to put the new password in, it says "session expired".. I don't know what else can I do.. I'm blocked from using any app that require 2FA

Try this to regain access to your Microsoft account if you run into an Authenticator issue.

If you’re locked out, don’t stress—Microsoft’s Sign in Helper is here to get you back in. Simply visit the [Sign in Helper page] (https://support.microsoft.com/home/contact?linkquery=signin%20helper), and follow the on-screen steps.

    What to Do

    1. Go to the Page: Click the link to access the Sign in Helper.
    2. Follow the Instructions: The page will guide you through identity verification and account recovery.
    3. Regain Access: Whether it’s using a backup code, resetting your password, or another recovery option, you’ll be back in before you know it.

That’s it! The Sign in Helper provides clear, step-by-step directions—just follow along, and you’ll be signed in again in no time.
