Is source code Azure.CodeSigning.Dlib available? I believe i have found a bug.

I want to submit either a fix or a bug report for the Azure.CodeSigning.Dlib.dll which is part of the now-renamed Azure Trusted Signing facility.

Is the source code available, or where should I report the defect?
