Adaptative card doesn't work?

Hi everyone,
I'm working in Copilot Studio, and my bot was working perfectly until Friday. However, today it's failing when I use an Adaptive Card. When I press "Send" on the card, it displays the message "Your answer is sent to the application," but nothing happens—the flow stops there.
Has anyone encountered this issue before? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
