Hi,

Since the beginning, I didn't choose to record name when sending the poll out on email so now I can't see who has already voted as I need to keep the record by names.

User's image

is there anyway to fix the issue, please? I don't want to create the new poll and send the new email to everyone again.

Thank you

    Hi @thitipa paepuang

    Welcome to our forum!

I understand that you prefer not to create a new poll and resend it to everyone. Unfortunately, once a poll in Outlook is set to collect anonymous responses, it cannot be changed to show the names of the respondents after it has been sent out and responses have been collected. The anonymity setting is fixed once the poll is created.
