Issue Removing 2FA for a User

Hello,

We’re experiencing an issue while trying to remove two-factor authentication (2FA) for a user. The user previously had 2FA enabled on their phone number, but when we attempt to access the panel to disable it, the login process requires a verification code sent to that same phone number.

How can we resolve this and remove 2FA from the account?
