Locked out of Microsoft Authenticator App

Question

Changed phone, didn’t back up Authenticator App data, now completely locked out of my Microsoft 365 account and stuck in an endless loop of Authenticator App asking for codes I don’t have access to. No access to tenant ID either as I can’t log into my admin account, which I am the sole user off. How do I fix this?

Hi I have been into this problem to.

I have another organization account admin(only one admin is me). And I have problem with my authenticator app which can not give my any pin to access login for verify myself.

I have done to fill in recovery form and reset my password successfully. But I still got problem to re login microsoft website. it keep asking verify my identity with only 2 options which I can not answer

1. Approve by Authenticator app
2. With code from Authenticator app

Please suggest how to do next.
