I cannot use MS Learn for studies for upcoming exam on Friday (I have already postponed the scheduled exam once) for AZ-900

My Azure Sandbox is not working correctly, cannot open Entra ID, cannot connect to my Azure portal via CLI to learn this https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/modules/describe-core-architectural-components-of-azure/4-exercise-explore-learn-sandbox?tryIt=true&source=learn also cannot do this exercise, I was able to provision a cloud pc but now I cannot check it at all nor deprovision cause of that error https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/modules/describe-core-architectural-components-of-azure/7-exercise-create-azure-resource It is really annoying cause I am trying to learn since my employee requires these certificates for me to finish. I really do hope my account will work fine and the exam will not fail on Friday because of this issue, it is already paid.

I have submitted a ticket more than 14 days ago just to be informed, that I need to file a different ticket "request with Tracking ID 2501260050000977"

Thank you very much for quick response. I was able to finish register to free Azure account, I was not able to do that for many for days because verification SMS or Call did not work.

After a week or so it works now. Seems like it has been fixed by Microsoft (tried that on many browser and tried 3 different computers)

Unfortunately my account still does not work, when I try to open Entra ID I get Error 401 (at least its not 403 as before :D )

In MS Learn portal when I try https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/training/modules/describe-core-architectural-components-of-azure/4-exercise-explore-learn-sandbox?tryIt=true&source=learn

I get an Error "Vybraný uživatelský účet v tenantovi Microsoft Services neexistuje a nemá v něm přístup k aplikaci 18fbca16-2224-45f6-85b0-f7bf2b39b3f3. Nejdříve je nutné účet přidat do tenanta jako externího uživatele. Použijte prosím jiný účet."

Not sure why this is not translated since I use everything in English. It states that I need to add the account to the tenant as external user, but when I try to do that, I get error 401 https://portal.azure.com/?quickstart=true#view/Microsoft_AAD_UsersAndTenants/UserManagementMenuBlade/~/AllUsers

Hi David Bárta, this error can appear if you use your corporate (work/university) email address. if you do try using your personal email to create a new account

or in an incognito tab

Hi RNareddy,

yeah I have tried clearing the cache, incognito mode and different browsers like Mozilla, Brave, Edge and Chrome and I have also tried it on 3 different computers so far (both Windows and Mac)

I am dealing with this for 2 months now and I am really in a dead end

Any more suggestions?

The fact that this issue is still ocurring is very dissapointing. i have reached out to MS for help and they told me it was a Person VUE fault, its not. the link to www.startest.com is broken. and its teh same with every module. I too have had to delay my az-900 exam because the exam sandbox just crashes at the point where the sample questions end and the fist video is to be displayed. 404 error is all you get.

Theres nothing wrong with my internet connection

Nothing wrong with my Entra Subscription\

No excuse for this sloppy handling of an incredibly important learning tool for those of us studying the MS cloud syllabus.

Can we expect a proper resolution of this error?

After the 14 test questions, immediately after the page that prompts you to wait for provisioning and then states at the bottom of the page 'click next to proceed'

this page comes up for a second and then closes, and then provides a 404 error.

Hello David Bárta,

We appreciate your patience. We have notified our internal team of the issue and suggest you to follow this temporary workaround as suggested by TP:

You can workaround the issue by first Activating the sandbox (solving puzzles, reviewing permissions, etc.) and then once you see the sign-in box appear on the right open a new browser tab. In this new tab, browse to https://shell.azure.com. If your existing sandbox hasn't expired you can use that instead of activating a new one.

When prompted, click Bash (the exercise has both PowerShell and Bash. You can switch between them as needed using button above cloud shell window).

Next choose No storage account required, for Subscription select Concierge Subscription, and click Apply.

After several seconds delay while a cloud shell is requested and connected to, you should see $ prompt. At this point you can complete the exercises instructions, copy/paste code from exercise tab to cloud shell tab as needed, etc.,
