I purchased a Reservation for Fabric and then purchased a fabric subscription. How do I make sure the subscription is covered by the reservation?

    Hello Tim Combs,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A!

To ensure your Fabric subscription is covered by your reservation, follow these steps:

    • Please double check that the reservation's attributes (such as region, capacity units, and billing frequency) match those of your subscription.
    • In the Azure portal, navigate to the Reservations section. Select your Fabric reservation and assign it to the appropriate subscription.
    • You can also go to the Capacity settings in the Admin portal of Microsoft Fabric. Confirm that the subscription is listed under the reserved capacity.

If everything matches, your subscription should be covered by the reservation, and you won't be charged at the pay-as-you-go rates for the reserved capacity. I hope the information provided was useful!

    Regards,

    Gao
