Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Platform! Thank you for asking your question here.
azure Budget Alerts help you monitor your spending by considering discounts like Reserved Instances, Azure Spot Instances, or Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) discounts. The alerts are based on your actual costs after applying those discounts, so you get an accurate picture of your net spending.
For time periods, Azure Budget Alerts are typically set for longer periods, such as monthly, quarterly, or annually. Unfortunately, they don't support daily or 24-hour alerts. This is because the alerts are designed to track your spending over a longer period, not on a daily basis.
However, you can still track your costs on a daily basis using Azure’s Cost Management and Billing tools, which let you view and analyze daily spending. The alerts will still be tied to your overall budget for the month or year.
If you need more frequent, daily alerts, you can use Azure Monitor or Azure Logic Apps to create custom solutions that send notifications based on daily usage.
