Activation Email Not Received for Azure Nonprofit Sponsorship Grant

Question

My nonprofit organization received $2000 in Azure credit grant which was claimed. However, an activation email was never sent. A sponsorship subscription does appear in the Azure dashboard but the Sponsorships panel indicates "This account does not have an active Sponsorship."

I have already submitted a ticket but would like some suggestions. Could this be a permissions issue?

Sometimes the activation email from Microsoft might land in the spam or promotions folder.
