Trusted Signing Identity Validation stuck in "In Progress" for two weeks

Hi There,

We're trying to use Trusted Signing, but our Identity Validation has been stuck In Progress for two weeks. Is there anybody we can contact to find out what the delay is, we really need to start signing our applications.
