Hi, I am trying to use Personal Desktop using remote desktop ver. 1.2.6067.0 (x64). I want to login but when the login window popup there is no chance to put credentials. The window has only tick to remember me. I have tried several ways to get rid of the problem i.e. reset application to default and subscribe again, clean all passwords saved in cache but nothing is helping. When I am using the same remote desktop installation but from microsoft store all is working fine. But with the client from microsoft store there is a problem he cannot work on mutliply screens which is out of my scope. I need several screens for my work.

    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

Please kindly find the answer below:

Issue1.Why RDP client from MS store doesn't support multiple monitor display?

The RDP client downloaded from MS store is "Remote Desktop Universal Windows Platform", which doesn't support multiple monitor display function.

Issue2.RDP client doesn't allow entering credential.

You can try below steps to troubleshoot the issue:

    1.Change the credential delegation setting

a.Press "Win + R", type "gpedit.msc" to open group policy editor

b.Navigate to: Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Credentials Delegation > "Allow delegating saved credentials with NTLM-only server authentication" and "Allow delegating saved credentials".

c.It's not enabled, please enable the section and add "TERMSRV/*" to the list.

d.Restart the OS to apply the setting and try again.

2.Download the latest RDP client version from below website:
