Hello,
Is it available to install the patch manually? Did the issue occur with the specific device or the specific account?
- If the issue occur with the specific device, we may try to push the patch to another device. If the other device worked, we may try to remove the device from the intune then re-join it.
- Try to test with another Intune accoun. If the issue only occur with the specific account, we could check the account permission issue.
If the issue occur with all the account and devices, we should consider whether present deployment is supported or configured correctly.
